Our state-of-the-art plant located in Lake Bluff, IL is custom designed to be the ideal vacuum forming facility. We possess 13 forming machines and 18 (5 & 6-axis) CNC trimming machines. This allows us to meet almost any product or order requirements. Our use of leading-edge technologies enables us to support high volume, close tolerance, and high value production runs.
